Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at work@themoongoddess.in. We'll review your request and share return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at work@themoongoddess.in with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used incense products
  • Bulk orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges If you'd like a different product, return the original item once approved, and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
